Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Scheduling Policy: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund within 48 hours of the start time of your appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment and need to reschedule we require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling. Deposit is non-refundable if appointment is rescheduled. A VIP appointment cannot be rescheduled more than once as it requires us to block off all of our fitting rooms and does not allow other customers to book at that time and would not be fair to other customers and our staff.
